PATHS TO BALANCE
Everyone has an internal impetus towards growth and healing. There are times in our lives, however, when our circumstances, thoughts, or emotions seem out of balance with this impulse. As a therapist, I use specific techniques to help you regain a sense of balance so that you are able to move towards a more confident experience of yourself and the world around you.
PATHS TO EMPOWERMENT
Some of us have had experiences which have led to the formation of internal wounds. The existence of these wounds may cause us to doubt our choices, our relationships and our purpose. Others of us are currently in situations where we seem to lack confidence or direction. Contrary to what we may expect, time may not heal these wounds or bring forth clarity; the future may seem to further intensify the pain or fogginess of the situation. In my approach to therapy, I use a variety of methods to help you identify not only the sources of the wounds or uncertainty but also the sources of your inner strength. These discoveries in conjunction with specific techniques, can help to move you further along your journey towards healing, growth and inner peace.
PATHS TO TRANSFORMATION
I have found that once an individual is willing to look inside themselves to obtain a sense of balance, identify strengths and use those strengths to either heal former wounds or enhance their present circumstances, transformations often occur: Transformed thoughts, transformed emotions, transformed relationships, and transformed lives.
Though you cannot change your past, you can consciously work towards achieving your desired future. I would be honored to accompany you on your journey as you navigate your inner pathways towards Balance, Empowerment and Transformation.
In support of your growth, I offer Individual (10 years of age and older), Couples, Family, Group, Consultative and Assessment services. Contact me for more information or a free 10 minute phone consultation!
